Welcome the Cirali Cuisine
Aygun Restaurants outstanding feature is the quality and
freshness of the food which is provided.
There is a greenhouse where organically grown tomatoes and
peppers are freshly picked daily for your breakfast, or if
you prefer you can pick your own!
Your hosts Doğan and Rabia have prepared, with fruit from
the garden, the apricot and orange jams which are served at
Traditional Turkish soups are freshly prepared on a daily
basis. This is followed by vegetables or grilled fish,
chicken or köfte.
Some of the other dishes served include Rabias Turkish
pancake (Gozleme), home made Turkish ravioli ( Mantı), and
kısır which is made with couscous.
The breakfast is open buffet and the dinner is a la carte.
